Sally Clarke has long held a vision to serve seasonally inspired, daily-changing menus, influenced by her visits to France, Italy and California.
Her set ‘no choice’ dinner menus became legendary, and now 30+ years on, with a provisions shop, bakery and production kitchen to her name, the vision continues.
The menus have always been focused on the freshest of vegetables, salads and herbs, and her style has a trademark ‘lightness of touch’ – customers often comment on there being ‘a spring in their step’ on leaving!
